Advantage of glove box combination in the coating process

In the vacuum environment, the technology of heating the material and plating it on the substrate is vacuum evaporation plating. In particular, vacuum evaporation is the process of evaporation or sublimation of the material to be coated in vacuum to make it precipitate on the surface of the workpiece or substrate. The coating in vacuum evaporation is usually aluminum film, but other coatings can also be formed by evaporation deposition. However, the existing coating machine structure is more complex and high cost, which can not fully meet the needs of industrial production, and is not conducive to reducing the cost of coating products.
